Q: How do I know what size I am?

Q: How do I care for my A&O tights?

Please take care with rough surfaces such as concrete as contact may cause pilling. To ensure your tights remain performing at their peak it is best to hand wash inside out with a mild detergent and lie flat in the shade to dry. Each item of our collection has wash and care instructions on the inner tags which we highly recommend you follow to ensure the longevity of your apparel.

Q: What is a pre-order?

Our pre-orders page is designed so you can be first in line for the next shipment of our products that we may run out of!

To purchase a pre-order product, simply purchase the product we are out of on our pre-orders page. Pre-orders require full purchase at the time of the order.
We will contact you when your products are dispatched from our warehouse. Please note these dates will vary but generally will be within 14 days of purchase. Alternatively we will be in touch to ensure you know where your products are at!


Q: What methods of payment can I use?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex via PayPal. You can also use any PayPal credit that you may have on your account.

Q: When is your customer service team available?

Our customer service team is online from 10am -5pm Monday-Friday.
Our team do their best to answer your enquiries within 48 hours. Please bear with us during busy periods as during restocks we often receive many enquiries!
